Digital signature from e-cmr.eu

Electronic consignment notes and e-signatures authenticating them require confirmation.Such a verifier was built by e-CMR.eu by Trans Assist for e-cmr.pl

Digital shipping documents are slowly starting to replace printed forms.Even in Poland, there are already companies that send and send goods using e-CMR, but due to the fact that, for example, Germany has not yet joined this program, the driver still travels with a printed "CMR".

Such a hybrid solution is also used due to fear of the reaction of the inspection services, they also require a consignment note when transporting goods internationally.

What conditions should the e-CMR document meet?

The data contained in the electronic consignment note must include, among others:enable the identification of each signatory of such a digital "CMR" and the data contained therein must be available to any party authorized to do so.

In addition, the procedure used to issue an electronic consignment note should ensure the integrity of the data contained therein from the moment of its first generation in its final form.

e-CMR verifier – the missing link in the transport chain

Article 5 of the "Additional Protocol" states explicitly that the implementation of the electronic consignment note requires that the party having the rights arising from the electronic consignment note must be able to demonstrate these rights.

And further in the same article it is stated that the above procedures must be specified in the electronic consignment note and should be easily ascertainable.

Therefore, Trans Assist has designed and e-cmr.pl implemented an appropriate solution that will meet all the conditions set for the implementation of the "Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR)".
